What to expect at an Amanda's Action Club Party

1 year olds

Amanda's Action Club offer great parties for 1-year-olds! We host fun, interactive sensory extravaganzas which require parent participation. Our motto is: 'Babies dance best when adults dance with them!'.

2 and 3 year olds

At this age little ones have lots of energy ! Our parties are stimulating and engaging whilst incorporating early learning themes too. Our fully trained professional party hosts will dance, sing and interact with the children using props, music, funky nursery rhymes and fun activities.

4 year olds

Less props and more activities for this age group ! By now children are more confident and able to follow instruction. We recommend two hours for a party at this age. The first hour consists of parachute games, props, music and fun activities, then it’s time for a lunch/tea break. After the happy birthday celebrations, part two of the fun and games begins. We'll encourage the children to sing into our microphone, take part in the super hero and princess catwalk, participate in some party dances, and interactive games. A pirate treasure hunt ends the party on a high!

5 year olds

A dynamic, action-packed party full of fun !. Parachute, team games, party dances, talent show, and the all- important catwalk. Let your children become stars for the day. We will custom make the party to your child's needs.

6 and 7 year olds

Gone are the nursery rhymes! At this age the children tell us what music they prefer. It's usually a fun mix of games, party dances, karaoke, disco dancing, talent shows and much more.

Family celebration party (entertainment for birthdays ,weddings, christenings and bar mitzvahs)

Funky nursery rhymes, pop music, party dances, limbo, disco dancing competitions, treasure hunt, games and fun! An action packed party to cater for all ages, grown-ups included !

A sample 1 hour Party

Your Amanda's Action Club party host will arrive at least twenty minutes before the party starts. That gives them chance to meet the birthday boy or girl and set up their equipment.

Expect a wide variety of music to be playing in the background as your party host meets and greets the children. This all helps to create a friendly, happy party atmosphere. When your guests have arrived the Amanda's Action Club experience really begins.

We vary the games at our parties depending on the age of the child, their likes and dislikes. But a typical party has games, dancing, singing, music, bubbles, parachute fun, karaoke, catwalk, limbo – all the elements of an Amanda's Action Club class and more. We keep the kids busy, constantly moving to new activities so they're always stimulated and engaged.

When tea-time arrives your party host will help seat the children at the table, then sing a goodbye song and discreetly depart.

A sample 2 hour party

The same as above PLUS - once the children have eaten, your party host will play the happy birthday song as the candles are lit on the birthday cake. Then it’s time to really step it up with karaoke, dancing, limbo and party games !

Amanda parties always finish on a high, for example the under 5s parties end with a pirate treasure hunt. For that, you supply wrapped up sweets or mini-raisins and we do the rest. By the end, kids leave happy and full of energy having had a great workout with their friends.

Your Party Venue

Please ensure you have your venue , date and time in mind before contacting us – it's difficult for us to confirm availability until we know when and where your party is to be held. You will need a venue that has enough space for the children to comfortably move around in.

Party Times

The times we usually host parties are between the hours 11-1 noon or later from 3pm – 5pm, Monday to Sunday. Please get in touch to discuss your individual requirements.

Party prices

Amanda is available to entertain at your party Monday to Saturday. Prices are available on request.

Amanda also has a team of expert party hosts that she has personally trained to deliver an Amanda's Action Club Party (the only difference is Amanda won't actually be there!). Our party hosts are available Monday to Sunday.

Prices for a party host to entertain at your event are from £160 for 1 hour and from £225 for 2 hours.

Booking

As we are taking bookings all the time we are unfortunately unable to provisionally hold dates. Once your date and time has been agreed we will send you a booking form which you will need to complete and return. Your booking will be confirmed once we’ve received this and the 50% deposit of the total party price. The balance is due 7 days before the date of your event. Your party host will call you at the beginning of the week of your party to introduce themselves and run through the final details, including any special requests you have made on the booking form.
