Spring is on its way and it’s time to get up, get out and get active. We have some 5 great ways for you and your family to active this spring:
Set up a treasure hunt in the garden or in doors if it’s a wet out. Set clues and get your children running around looking for them. It will keep them entertained and active at the same time.

Go to the Park
Blow away those cobwebs with a trip to the park. Take a flask of hot chocolate or soup to keep you warm if it’s chilly out. You will feel so much better once you are out and about.
Visit a Museum or Art Gallery
Walking around a museum or art gallery is a great way to stay active and perfect for hiding from those April showers. .You don’t realise how much you walk around looking at the exhibitions. Many venues run children’s activities throughout the holidays.
Have a Party
Invite some friends over and have a little party. Get dancing and play party games and the children will be having so much fun they won’t realise they are exercising. Make some healthy snacks and have fun!
